so apparently in the new brawl if you flamestrike and happen to summon archmage antonidus, the free fireball effect will proc from flamestrike even tho you casted flamestrike before hand!

Actually, I think it works like this:

1 - the game takes manacost and summons a minion

2 - minion is on field

3 - spell takes effect

4 - minions like antonidas, wyrm and flamewaker now take effect too

Kinda broken, but if it is in that order, makes sense.

it does the same thing with any spell
like the deathrattle thing with treants from the druid

but if the spell gets counterspelled you would still get the minion then right? if so, dont run counter spell xD

No no minion comes from counter I ran it in the mage deck I tried and also minion comes first learnt this yesterday when I pulled a wild pyromancer

i highly believe a minion comes from the spell that is countered
i think it happened to me this morning, not 100% sure tho

just got flamestriked which summoned velen.. killed my antonidas.. which without the extra spellpower.. would not have died.. fun

hmm weird it countered it for me maybe a glitch?
