Can anyone help me figure out why I can't open HS deck tracker?
It says I need to install .Net Framework 4.5 and I cannot get that to install either.

Any help would be appreciated. I have my antivirus disabled for both installations.

is this where you downloaded it from?

yes, It keeps getting some unknown error at 75% and then tries to rollback and just freezes.

go to run and open regedit then go to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Microsoft > NET Framework Setup > NDP

and check which versions you have installed.

I think it says v4.0
