-ironbeak (you already use 2 equality, enough counter) --> +antique healbot
-harrison or -big game hunter --> +1 more aldor (its a must perfect for late- and earlygame, if u play vs hunter use it immidiatly vs animal companion)

also switch sunwalker for sylvanas or caine, dont know if thaurissan is necessary. you mostly play him in combo decks eg. malygos combo etc.

and everytime i have sylvanas, i feel like i never get a good effect to it

Then you aren't playing Slyvanas correctly. One of the only neutral legs that has stayed a staple since it's release, for damn good reason.

in case of sylvanas it trades well.. either the enemy has to sacrifice the whole board to avoid deathrattle or sacrifice one unit (or use silence, so tirion gets strong). In most situations he lost tempo and has to react on sylvanas

i also like sylvanas with shadowflame in handlock. its like a 5 dmg aoe including mind control=)
