3 in 66 packs is good... I've had worse luck for the past 200 packs or so, about 1 in every 60 or so... I'm dusting everything anyways and just hoping to open gold legendaries, so no big deal, but I would take 1 in every 22 packs as an assured deal if a new expansion comes out. Luck can fluctuate pretty hard.

You should watch the video of Husky opening something like 9 Malornes (some ridiculous number) out of idk... 400 or so packs. I forget what the number is, but it's obscene, and hilarious.
