This deck hasn't had great tournament results.. Last season I ran into the first guy to run the deck on ESL while at rank 7 or so.. Toowet, if you want to take a look at old esl vods, pretty sure you'll see he's the firstone to run it in a pro tourney.
Most people running the archetype are running it as tempo, but I found I had more success (rank 15 to rank 5) running this as an agro archetype. Once I hit the control wall I swapped to Freezemage/patron warrior/CW. working on golden mage portrait and so only playing those two classes last season.
I typically don't run anything directly taken off hearthpwn, but use the decks posted as ideas/inspiration for my own decks.. I saw this one initially on ESL, then shortly after hundreds of versions popped up. -- I've run this list with dozens of variations, some with arcane golems, some with echo of medivh, kirin tor mages, 1-2x scientists, with and without counterspell, loot hoarders/bloodmage etcetc... often Kezan gets dropped, and loatheb get dropped.. Just make changes accordingly.. if youre not seeing hunter then the kezan isn't really needed.
Games are pretty draw dependant, but with such a low curve it draws fairly well. It is agro, and so games are often determined by turns 4-9.

Probably not the best version of the deck, but pretty consistent//fast ranking deck to about rank 6-7. The slower 'tempo' versions of the deck.. sylvanas/toshley/rag/emperor/archmage all felt too slow to me.
