I'm missing archmage and thalnos. Does this look like a good deck? I DE'd like 4 whole classes just to make this one xD

I prefer novice engineer to loot hoarder. Otherwise the two cards you're missing are quite good. You could try Malygos if you have him or maybe Azure Drakes for more draw. Freeze mage is really fun though, play a bit and see how Dr. Boom and Rag play out in your games. They are the ones that don't really fit imo.

I will probably switch rag, i play him like 1/6 games and he barely makes a difference, dr.boom on the other hand is quite useful, i play him every game i draw him.

I'll try switching rag for maly, then i can do thaurassian and malygod + frost bolt + ice lance in same turn after that for tons of dmg.

Switch Rag for maly, boom for another flame strike, I'd rather cone of colds or a heal bot instead of loot hoarders but thats just me.

Yeah, I have been otko by malygos 2x frost bolt 2x ice lance. Though that was a perfect hand AND thaurissan was out only the initial turn. In my experience they will kill malygos instantly and sometimes it's hard to get value from him, so in that case I can agree that having another big body like Dr. Boom could help take away their big removal.

Edit: the loot hoarders are for card draw only and sometimes they steal silences which can be a good thing, but imo novice engineer is better for this purpose since the card is drawn immediately and you don't have to waste a ping on it in the dire situations.
