I'll give my changes with some explanations. For w/e it's worth, Priest is my main/favorite class and have been legend many times.

Shadow Word: Pain - I don't like this card. Most stuff you'll kill with it will be battlecry / deathrattle which means that they will either have already gotten their effect or will get it if you use it on them which makes you kind of go -1 90% of the time. At best it's a 1 for 1 which makes it really slow and weak IMO, I would take it out for a 2nd death.

Shadow Word: Death - The reason I like this one more than pain is because you're getting rid of a big minion and it's almost always going to be mana efficient. Any card with 5 or more attack that you remove will be worth it and will usually put you in an advantageous spot since you'll likely be able to respond with a minion of your own after eliminating a big one of theirs which puts you on the offensive.

Shrinkmeister- I realize they have some value if you can combo it with pain but it's really inconsistent and not worth it. I mean you could try something with like 2 shrink / 2 cabal / 2 pain but I think it would be bad. Priest already is really combo oriented as it is and has problems with consistency because of it. Adding more combos which aren't really that strong hurts the deck a lot. I would take them out.

Wild Pyromancer - Put one more in, it's an easy combo and can set up big plays if used properly - even in the worst situations it does something for you by putting a body on board and being 3-2 stats it trades pretty well early game against aggro decks.

Thoughtsteal - This is preference as it's pretty RNG but I think you either run 2 or 0.

Dark Cultist - I run two, good early card and does a lot for you.

Velen- Doesn't really do anything for you.

Light Bomb / Holy Nova- Kind of preference as well, I think board clears are really strong in the meta right now and Lightbomb wrecks Patron Warrior so I'm running two right now.

Ysera - It's too slow IMO, it helps with the control matchup but I face too many aggro decks right now.
