No honestly it's not. The random nature of it made it next to useless. It doesn't go in ANY popular decks.

Not only does it not go in any good decks, its not fathomable that it could go in any good deck. It is a 3 3/3 that says "50% chance to have a mildly good effect, 50% chance to have a mildly bad effect".

That percentage is also based on the amount of minions on the board//per side..

But yeah this card used to be amazing.
