Can run one without gromm.

Or could try priest or druid. Or throw a couple healbots in one of your regular decks.

Can't seem to live past turn 5 tbh in most of my decks :X been floating around 10-15 @_@

Been playing almost exclusively face for the past few days and I lost almost every game if the enemy gets his healbot off.
