Tips for gold farming?

Need 700 to buy naxxramas adventure 1 and I'm losing more than I'm making in the arena

Get to rank 20.
Win easy games.
Concede when you have to so you can stay at rank 20.
Win over and over. (You can only win upto 100 gold though I believe)
