Add Friend bar comes up on screen unwarranted

Can't remove Add Friend bar, try to attack with any minions/weapons but can't because I'm unable to move the cursor past the Add Friend bar

This Add Friend bar floats in the middle of the screen, and cannot be bypassed/escaped/removed
