I have never played this game but recently saw that there is a cross platform release for mobile phones.

Wondered if there is any way of making fgs in this game or not? And if so how difficult it is.

I see that there are no trade topic options so I guess cards aren't tradeable?

you could maybe boost someone through service or do quests / heroic

clearly, if you never played, you are not qualified to sell in game services (who are also against the ToS and might get the accounts banned), so no, no fg to be made from the game.

Dude it's been Aginst tos .. For blizzard games since like 1940 people been selling carries in d2 wow etc .. People can sell carries on hs .. Just always has been risk of account ..
