That isn't the real problem with Jade.
Jade is both a tempo deck with 2x nourish + 2x UI and a deck immune to fatigue. One or the other is fine, but both is when you have a PROBLEM, a tempo deck that can't run out of steam and can't fatigue? Oof. Innervate nerf was very VERY good imo. Spreading plague was little more weird to me, but I don't hate it.
Nerfing Innervate slows jades tempo, also nerfs aggro druid simultaneously. I'd wait to see how this plays out before passing judgment.
