Too slow for most mech decks. Almost every mech deck is aggro af. Unless other cards get released that encourages a slower mech play, i don't think it will see use.
you know me though I'm always more about the gimmicks rather than playing the normal stuff
and tbh I'd consider using a neutral card over a class card like Houndmaster for comparison since most of the time other classes would not be able to use it
while Cobalt Guardian is a bad card I could see some potential potential for them being able to combo if the Cobalt Guardian can survive a turn on the board
