i don't think your picks matter much, i once drafted my mage deck only slightly improved, still on got 2 wins, even though i got rank 11 on ranked with a slightly lesser deck. If the game decides you loose you will loose.
2 arena's later i had utter crap, but just got the cards i needed and ended up with 6 wins with the shittyest deck ever made.

I mean better cards overall increases the odds that you will have the cards you need.

Of course you can beat a good arena deck and with a bad arena deck sometimes, but control warrior vs freeze Mage also wasn't a 100-0 match up. Even if it was widely considered one of the hardest counters in the game.

Sounds like you're only thinking about individual cards and not the overall deck

is it possible for Curious Glimmerroot to show 2 cards from a persons deck?

Doubt it but who knows. I know it can show cards that aren't in someone's deck at all if they have that warrior weapon in their deck that changes into a random weapon.

also i heard somewhere before the game rates how good your arena draft is and tries to match you up with other people who had similar drafts.
i sort of believe this because I had some baller as decks that didnt perform so well. my highest arena win (8) was on a rogue deck i thought sucked ass

how well their deck meshes together

since about a month ago every time I close the game it just freezes i have to keep clicking on the window so I can close program when the popup comes up or ctrl alt del
