if you're f2p then no, it makes more sense to abuse the free packs from new accounts so you can play a higher variety of decks

also its nice to get 80G quests all to myself on both of my accounts

Doing things like a weekly tavern brawl on an alt account barely takes any time.

Currently climbing with Jade druid on EU (eater of secrets OP), seems like it is rly strong right now, hope some early climbers have the same success

That's his point grrllpp.. if you do dailys across multiple accounts - you will accrue gold faster.

meaning you can play a larger variety of decks.. for free, and with less time spent then you would grinding a single account in most cases.

its 1-2 decks per account.. the other accounts have farmed different classes.
