You were automatically granted the full dust refund for the HoF cards. I mean you can d/e them for additional dust anyways, but it'll just be the standard d/e value.
As for all your wild cards, I would say have at the crap cards, but I personally think it's not very good to dust great wild cards, like Reno, Emperor, Belcher, etc, even if you have no current plans to play wild. Plans change and it'll be a real pain to get those classics back.
