True. But is still a situational card imo.

Comparing rarity and cost there are many better cards.. for example:
Tunnel Trogg >>> Glacial Shard.

tunnel trogg is close to useless in late game, while this 2/1 is still decent
also this is a neutral minion, which are "supposed" to be less powerful than class cards

I don't think a 2/1 that freezes is all that strong tbh
