I think if you play this card then the strategy would most often be go for a 2 mana 4/4. Anything more than that and you are probably relying on too much of a gamble.

Would still make for some nice early pressure.

I'd say any removal destroys it.. Polymorph, blast crystal, syphon soul, assassinate, deadly shot, etc.

At least you still have a 5/5 when silenced.

since naxx, i dont think the meta has been slow enough to play a 9 mana taunt
game will never slow down that much, get over it

IMO


a 9 mana taunt is a win more card against aggro : if you survived until turn 9, you'll most likely win as control
