Did you double sap and dust devil for extra bm skills?

So before tempo there was arcane golem agro mage
Agro freeze
grinder
Tempo will be almost all gone after BRM rotation

I don't even think removing ice lance will hurt it that much... Sure you won't be running Malygos in freezemage for 30+ bursts..
And so not having flamewanker/icelance - Maybe some other significant archetypes will have a chance with the class.

And secret mage hasn't ever been a thing... But of course leave it to froggy to name it as an actual archetype.. lol.. need to give that one some time mate.. and in removing those 2 cards it may have a chance.

if they said they were rotating iceblock.. then maybe the whole archetype would be gone with it... Mage isn't short on burst options.

Happy about icelance. It wont kill freeze, but will make it harder to play. Being a good freeze mage takes a lot of skills, and thanks to that change it will still require a lot, but will remove the: mage has block up, no board nothing ? Alex face into burst. Now freeze mages might have to do something else, interacting maybe

I mean Alex into double fireball/roaring touch + frost bolt still lethal.

how will you do that with emperor gone ?

Well I didn't mean on one turn, but I guess I should have clarified.

Secret is an archetype. It's supported by the class with all the secret synergy cards.
It's just not good. It could be made good with a couple good release cards.


Achetype not the same as viability
Just like enrage and taunt for warrior
