I held legend top 100 in months 1 and 3 in beta, when they first introduced ranking. The grind was painful.
Highest I've gone since is I think rank 4. I don't grind levels, just quests. If a deck is fun I'll let it take me wherever I go, but I don't care to switch decks up to grind through a meta.
Same
I really want to keep playing my DP deck because it seems to be the best one I have right now, but I just crafted another rogue and shaman deck that I really want to try out.
I dont bother playing casual so one of both of these decks might drop me some ranks.
The game just isn't fun when you do the exact same thing over and over especially if its hte exact same thing so many other people are doing.
Theory crafting and building based off of the new cards you obtain is what keeps this game exciting.
There are still so many decks I want to try to make.
Ive been trying to find a deck to make using the murloc/beast/dragon cards but its really hard to make one that seems decent.
At least for me anyway. I was thinking Paladin would be the class I go with.
Played against a dragon hunter yesterday. He had a good concept, but was missing some key cards.
I ended up discovering chromaggus, then drawing 2x chromaggus the next turn, play 1 more, and drawing 4 entombs over the next 2 turns. Wew that was nice.
Also pulled my first dragonfire potion from a pack :) which is perfect because I needed a big board clear for my priest.
