I mean 5 Pirates total 2 of which would probably make the deck even if they weren't pirates. Hardly a "barrage".

6 cards = 20% of a deck.
5 dedicated cards is quite a bit..

e/ point is they are still present in the deck in a large way..

and some run pirates/jade. which just kinda furthers the meme point. as bad as that deck is :/

lol but really only either buccaneer or deckhand would make the cut if it wasn't for patches.

the 3/2 is a metagame call.. the pirates are op.. Rogue is miracle/pirates atm.. not sure how you see it differently.

I've played every archetype of rogue. to very high ranks.. this has a slew of pirates built in..

Druid with auctioneer has been refered to as miracle, or at the least making miracle plays, but the current archetype is 'jade'

pretty sure you can safely call the current iteration of rogue; 'pirate'

How many games of the new pirate/miracle rogue have you even played? probably a hell of a lot less than I have :/ my opinion is exactly that.. you can sit and cry/argue about it all day.

Dragon priests have like 12 dragons if they run bookworm. 10 if you don't count the dragon from historian.


Also I love the idea that in your mind someone has to play a deck to figure out its archetype. Lmfao

Didn't say that at all; but if you had played any miracle rogue at all, you'd understand this one feels like a pirate deck.
also don't see a single dragon priest deck with more than 9 dragons.. :/
9 dragons is 33% of the deck.. with heavy dragon synergy being the underlying theme.
Rogue has 5-6 counting for 17-20% of their deck.

Rogue synergizes off of cheap costing spells/auctioneer draw mechanic.. But to say its current iteration is not heavily 'pirate' flavored you're insane.

a fifth of the deck is pirates..
