Arena and Ranked are totally different from each other.

Arena is way easier because there is only so many cards.

Ranked on the other hand has so many different deck builds and not everyone follows the meta.

At easy ranks skill will help you climb quickly. Just learn the game.
At harder ranks people have begun using more tier based decks so you can actually know what to expect.
It's really not as hard as you think (but not as easy as I think I just made it sound)

Arena is in easy in some regards because it's mostly just playing the strongest thing you have on a curve.
But it can be more difficult sometimes too because you have no idea what your opponent can play.
You have to play around the probabilities behind every possibility.
You also need to judge how much value you have in your hand/board compared to him as to whether you should be trading or go face.

I honestly think the arena statistics blizzard released are pretty much bs. Again.. Anyone making as much as kripp is in playing hearthstone imo will have the same or at least very close statistical results.

I really dont find that impressive... I find actual good players/ and good plays to be entertaining.. 99% of the video content kripp releases is pure pleb bullshit games.

He's not even remotely entertaining anymore either... His games are all half assed because of all his time spent in editing and content creation.. Its sad because the kids who are actually good at the game don't get recognition, but people like kripp putting themselves out(coughsellingout) are taking all the spotlight..
