In a word, you don't. You can hope to play extremely aggressively but whether or not that's even a possibility depends on your draw, and it relies on decent chip damage from cards like Loot Hoarder which is increasingly difficult to pull off with every Warrior running Ravaging Ghoul.

would dropping a barrier or a blizz for a flamestrike work? More so the barrier? There have been boards where I've had to go blizzard blizzard to clear/stay alive where as sometimes a FS would've been enough

But there have also been boards of big shit where ive gone back to back blizzards just to freeze and last a turn :/

I run two blizz and one flamestrike, and one barrier. I think Laughing recently switched to two barriers, two blizz, and zero flamestrike. So really either is fine.

When does flamewaker rotate? I'm tired of that card
