Damn. I wish I'd've recorded all the absurd shit that's happened to me too. That's nuts.

I'll try not to super bitch, but I've really got a problem with no arena refunds. I just lost 2/3 due to disconnects. And they were seperate. I disconnected second match, made sure it wasn't my system, ran 4 win streak, lost one normally, and then disconnected the final time. I had a solid ass priest deck-dunno if it was a 12 win deck but still. What the fuck is up with that shit. It's a game, I know but jesssuuusss H man. IDC about the usual butthurt stuff but when I get my hard grinded igg wasted due to HS server issues, my blood boils instantly.

Turn 6 I had an 8/12 taunt on my side(warrior one that gives armor)

Win 2 games as paladin or priest - 40 points = 20 per win
Win 5 games as druid or hunter - 60 points = 12 per win

HOW THE FUCK IS THE HARDER QUEST WORTH LESS.
WHY HAVE I BEEN PLAYING THIS GAME FOR A FEW MONTHS AND STILL HAVENT GOTTEN PLAY A FRIEND

and as of right now the paladins / priest would be alot easier to get 1 win compared to druid or hunter.

You have to take into account that you only get one quest per day. It's all about total gold earned over the long term. Not per win. More 60 gold quests = more gold over a month.

I am sure the spawn rate for 60's are still lower
Just like the spawn rate for the infamous 80 gold friend quests is apparently never for me.

They are just requiring someone to put more time into the game for much less of a pay off.

I don't know how so many people are actually against what I said. I posted on reddit too and just got shit on.

The people following hearthstone have issues all they care about is card balancing which blizzard already said they dont care about doing.. and gave their reasons on it and on why the meta is how it is..It all made 100% sense.
The issue only exists because most players are band wagoners who can't think for themselves.

The way the quest works rewards more dedicated play rather than people who log in just to do the quest then log off

Quests should really just be a side thing that come naturally while playing for fun. I would much rather have my quests reward more (because I would rather make 60 gold per day than 40 gold per day) And since you can hold up to 3 quests and reroll one quest per day, I hardly ever am forced to do 40 gold quests.

I would rather "Work" a tiny bit harder to do a 60 gold quest every single day, than get only 40 gold per day

That is a difference of 600 gold over the month assuming you can get a 60 gold quest rerolled and finish one each day which is not hard to do honestly and I play pretty casually.

It just gives people more of an incentive to keep playing on days you don't feel like playing much. I would be much more likely to stick around for a little while longer and complete the 5 win quest if I was getting the same ratio as the 2 win quest. Instead I am going to let the 5 win quest sit there and just gradually become completed over my time playing. It doesn't hit me as something "I want to do now" for the simple reason that it's not worth as much to me.
That is like my boss at work telling me (I do enjoy my job) "Hey! If you want to stick around for an extra hour today I will pay you 30 dollars and hour. If you can stick around 2 extra hours for me I will pay you 25 bucks an hour. The fact I like my job doesn't matter as much if my rewards for giving more effort and time are looked upon as less valuable.


This would make players that don't want to play much..want to play more.

I dont think the amount is enough to kill blizzards sales on packs or arena runs
but its enough to keep players happy and make them play more which will probably generate more revenue for them anyway.


You helped me with my player 10x level 8 or higher cards. If it offered me probably any amount of gold less than what it did I probably would have just let it be reset by another quest.
The trade off just wouldn't be worth it.. especially since the decks I use most don't have enough level 8's or higher to complete that quest in a reasonable amount of games.
