You seriously think hunters biggest threats are 3 neutral minions...? I hope you are referring to silence targets, which I still think are questionable choices. (HIghmane, shredder, etc). Most hunters are NOT face Hunter.

Juggler doesn't mind being silenced if that means it can keep smashing face doe. 3/2 that eats a silence and then forces something else to trade with it is like 10000x worth.

To summarize. Face decks are good. So good silencing a full board isn't even worth it half the time.
