TL;DR

Millhouse Manastorm = most OP card in the current brawl. He's basically Loatheb, and Loatheb is useless.

Giving your opponent infinite spells is good?

All his spells = 0 cost.

In some situations that can be terrible (best not to play against a bursty druid or mage), but in a lot it just leaves a player not wanting to play anything (0 cost minion summons).

They get to play a whole bunch of their draw cards and stuff to stack their hand.
And if they already have minions on the field they just stack the board with buffs too.

I can't imagine it being good in enough scenarios to use.

Well this is assuming they have a bunch of card draw spells... i mean how many spells does every class really get to draw? 2 at most? Rogue gets like 3? Shiv sprint and fan? I mean dropping it when they have Gadgetzan and all their spells cycle would be different, but classes most of the time can't draw that much via spells.

Holy Nova and Madness are both really strong. I went with Madness but not sure.

holy nova because clears the board and left you with the 5 cost creature.plus holy nova is mana efficient and am sure next turn could be madness resurrect or holy fire depends.

Yea I think you are right just from a tempo perspective

Madness just felt too good value since it's a 3 for 0, nova only a 2 for 2, just a massive difference in value
