Let's put it this way. A computer could theoretically be better than any human player at hearthstone (but coding it would be absurdly difficult, the game is orders of magnitude more complex than chess for example, and human players are still superior to the best Go computers).

Im pretty sure chess computers have been crushing humans for awhile now
