is the druid spell that heals both players to full off limits for yogg saron?

Well, when I get packs via iTunes, it works if I buy them in app. It'll charge my iTunes email for the packs. I know it's not quite the same, but it works.

It doesn't matter. You download the Hearthstone client through Amazon's app store, but it functions just like usual. Then when you buy packs, you are prompted to login to your Amazon account.

I suppose that would be a good switch

I originally took the 2nd spirit out because it was too much overload, but now that I have trogg it should go back
