Played all arena since the old 9 win grandmaster key, but I'm quitting this game and thinking about donating the account to a streamer.

That's honorable but unless you can profit from letting your account go to recoup some funds, I'd suggest to hold on to it till spring and see how you like the new standard mode

It's funny you should say that because I already looked around on other sites before coming here, and HS accounts are worth very little these days. I saw an account with like 11k gold, all adventures unlocked, and large collection going for $60 and no buyers. I know d2jsp prohibits HS trading, and at those prices honestly I wouldn't even want the headache of trying to sell/trade it.

Standard won't do anything for me. I am unable to enjoy constructed despite having a 125 page collection... and arena remains wild format. I dunno what it is, I just get bored of constructed and can't even make it through 5 games. I'll let daily quests rot if they don't happen to coincide with the classes offered in arena. I have played over 10k arena games though... which is well above par already in terms of entertainment received from a game. It was great but I just need a new game heh.

What makes an account expensive in Hearthstone, the collectable that can not be earned, or the things a bot can get, like what you describe?

You have 2 groups of buyer:

- beginner or very casual dude, who likes the game but doesn't want to grind or invest a lot, so he buys the bot account you describe for very little. All he wants is to save money and enjoy the game, so he won't give more than a few $ for that.

- roleplayers, no other way to say it, but not in a bad way. Someone who really likes the game, is a collector and will invest a shit ton of $$ to get everything. This guy does not give a shit about gold, wins or collection. This guy wants: all the seasonal cardback, golden gelbin, golden ETC.. Basically the things you can't buy, but you had to be there on time. Why start creating a full account if you lack the 1st seasonal cardbacks?

The second guy is the one who pays a shitload of money, not the nice casual dude.
