I thought godbless was saying that Juggler, along with another card he can't remember, take the minion summon before its battlecry effect. But otherwise, the battlecry happens first.

Because Juggler waits for the minion to enter the battlefield.
Where as battlecry effects are triggered before the minion is actually considered in play

Using MTG rules, the minion being played would be the bottom of the stack.

hence why when you tech and steal a juggler the knife comes after the battlecry
