I'm trying to learn renolock. Do I want to play peddler on turn 2 or tap generally speaking.

Peddler is usually fine and is a typical play. But I suppose its situational.
A lot of matchups you value throwing something out there to stop the rush.

Should I cut an Azure Drake for Harrison? I know paladin and shaman are popular but right now I'm 3-0 against paladins and 2-0 against shamans. It's really just the Hunter matchup where I struggle.

I just really wanna design a super effecient mill deck. But being that I have a hard time taking these fuckers below like rank 15 think I'm bad at playing mill :'(

Low level ladder = aggro.

Aggro = no bueno for mill.
