tried 1 game today.

i was hoping to run with demons, but it just wasn't working out that way and i had to switch up to murlocs on round 5. which really killed my start obviously.
my thought's with the 1 run:
i didn't notice the t5 demon that absorbs minions from tavern when you play a demon, but.. the main starter/midway cards are still there, and end-game options have opened up further. demons are going to be solid this season.
murlocs seem to work. i came in first after a late start, but they just aren't as fun to play any more. the initial mystery of cards being new will quickly fade, and murlocs no longer play from the hand. it was the whole unique experience of playing murlocs. pretty sad about that. it's basically just demons with lower stats, and added bonuses to make up for said lower stats.
quillboar... i'm not too sure yet what to say. they still appear to be rather solid. however, the quillboar battlecry minions now play even better with other minion types.
with my 1 play. they almost seem like they can be considered a secondary minion type, kind of like how elementals aim to be.
little off-note, the numbers coming from season 8 are hard to look at. almost every demon hand from season 8 was 2k att/hp+, quillboar/murlocs/naga also able to reach those numbers somewhat consistently.
this number won't change this season.
