ya I've had that happen before, what i read was that its due to trying to select/attack with the charge minion before its summoning animation is complete and its fully on the board.

just wait for it to fully hit the board before trying to select it and you shouldn't have the problem. don't think there is a fix ingame if it happens you just have to end the game.

It's happened to me twice the past couple of days, once with Arcane Golem and once with Grom.
