it's considerably worse against all the other classes

I like the changes. Intelligent nerfs to the far and away 3 best archetypes in Standard.

2 of them are lazy nerfs
transforming innervate in a counterfeit coin is lazy design
transforming fiery war axe, the card that makes warrior warrior, into a way worse eaglehorn bow is lazy design

the rest is fine imo, even if hex isnt even played, i guess its debatable
jade mechanic remains the same, fuck that

Hex is one of the best cards in the game. 4 mana is definitely fine lol
War Axe is all control warrior has though. It's not even what makes pirate warrior strong (just part of it)

It is. It's just not necessary for the evolve deck.
All the best decks right now are single player decks. Get your cool evolve combos.

Every Shaman deck in the history Hearthstone had hex.
