In a truly random system it could happen, where you never win, just highly unlikely

but since computers cannot be 100% random, it's possible Blizzard could manipulate the RNG to keep people playing

This game is shit. I stopped playing it due to vacation since a week and I will not continue playing it anymore. It's a pure rng fest and I recognize how I do not miss playing it at all.
