Shamans will probably cut the pirate package because STB and their best early game weapon were nerfed. I could see aggro shaman adding back in some legacy tools while maintaining the jade package, like TFB and Doomhammer. Spirit Claw nerf feels comparable to Execute nerf: done in aggro lists, probably done in mid range lists, and still fine in control lists (though not necessarily run in them now, even at 1 mana).

Hard to say whether pirate warrior or rogue will still run STB, but I think they will cut it. I could see pirate warrior going heavier, like replacing STB with Naga Corsair in Muzzy's list. Rogues may want to keep the pirate package, as they have no other early game, but start using 2 Swashburgler, Patches and one additional pirate (like Deckhand or Buccaneer).

Overall, nice to see some changes, but feels like it's not going to be enough. I predict that mid range shaman will be the top deck after the nerfs, as the nerfs seem to hit aggro the hardest, just like the last round of nerfs (which produced a couple months of mid shaman dominance). Malestrom Portal definitely needs to be nerfed (overload 1) and TFB probably needs to go to 7 mana base cost. The rotation will hurt shaman a lot, which is probably why they are being cautious.
