Yogg did shit like clearing the board, drawing cards, and the majority of spells played are favorable for you
This card does nothing on your turn and gives all priority to the opponent
Please tell me you see the difference

If they have 1 big minion on board and you play this they still have a 66% chance to get a good hit and you just wasted your whole turn


However I'm not sure if this works on Rag though or "random enemy" type cards since they aren't really "targets"
Also not sure if it over-rides enemy only targetting like Swipe. Might only allow legal targets for the spell.

And yogg since the nerf has been seen as too unreliable to play now really.. I don't think this card is very good.

And I imagine it would only hit legal targets... How would that interact with execute though? swipe is kind of an easier circumstance to figure where the swipe would go.. unless ofc it can hit your own board//illegal targets
