maybe its his hobby ? My hobby is guns and shooting guns.. I spend stupid amount of money on ammo.. Ammo is something that I Cant use over and over again... even if i Reload the casing is only good for so long.. At least with his hobby he get to reuse it as much as he wants

I make about 120k a year. My apartment is like what 1,000 a month. My car 200$. Now that i'm finishing up my doctorate I don't have time to go out partying anymore so the 100$ i used to spend on Saturday and Sunday going out drinking is spent towards HS. So I actually save 300$ a month.

I guess the difference is that you simply cant continue hunting without continually spending money on the hobby... -- I ski and snowboard, and this costs me thousands of dollars a year, which I do think is also a bit excessive.. But still, I cannot continue to do this hobby without investing into it..

You do not need to continually invest money into hearthstone like you would these other hobbies.. with in considering how there is a crafting system, and you've likely attained all you can in the game with less then half of that money spent. -- Youre going into excess at this point.. -- I don't buy 4-5 pairs or ski's or boards every year. As im sure you're noting buying a gun every month.. Or maybe I'm wrong..

Even with the content released for HS, at $2,000 invested you shouldn't even need to buy a single pack.. you should have the means to craft entire sets.

I know I play this as much as you guys.. and have had equal success, however I've only spent maybe 100-150$ in total over the nearly 2 years ive had access. I don't own a single golden card that isn't bound to account... Because I know golden doesn't make you a better player.. or person..

I'm not trying to tell anyone how to spend their money.. Everyone has necessities.. You can be successful and social in hearthstone without spending major money.

Ive spent less then this user in 2 years then he's spent in 1 month...

Money doesn't make a good player.. pretty simple..

golden cards,for the fact,FOIL cards,always were imba to have.i remember when i opened a foil rancor on mtg (urza's legacy) before 15 years or so.still love it.

i wish i could afford a single foil deck.obviously,i dont want to spend more money into this game now
