The Deck ure talking about, is absolutely not my playstyle...

What do you think, should i play with 2x Holy Nova?

It requires a good pilot but Zetalot has hit top 10 legend in the past I think etc, gets legend every season

just play and test a bit. the most important part is wild pyromancer + power shield = 3/4 if healing him
also try to keep the coin, it combos well. Once your pyro mancer is 3/4 u can kill mass low minions. You can also trade bigger minions like 4/5 yeti 1:1 (by casting few spells and then trade), so having card advantage.

just see you dont use dark cultists, its also combo well with pyromancer. But test it, 1 pyromancer is a must. Once you learn more about it switch to 2 then.

No I think 1 holy nova fits the deck curve better.. two holy nova can be too much often times, as it is 2x pyromancer can potentially be a lot of aoe damage, on top of already running auchenai double circle.



basically this.. I think you should just play around with it a little more, you'll find it works fairly well. again priest struggles in the aggressive meta, so its common to fall flat with a poor draw.

I think its all about playstyle... I dropped my blademasters for deathlords, I dropped my second cabal priest for a lightbomb.
Im also not a fan of dark cultist... Pyromancer on the other hand is a good card to have, but I only run 1 because I only run just 1 light shield... So im low on lowcost spells, my circles are 90% auchenai combo wipes, in combo with heal or naaru if needed, btw I use my naarus pretty much always with an auchenai.. But all considering my deck doesnt need a second pyro.
I also dropped my big game hunter because im running sylvanas. I swapped for a second death word. It has a bigger reach and in combo with sylvanas a 9 mana mind control if played right.
I also am a big fan of the spel velens chosen... It works wonders with deathlords, priests, zombie chow (another card you should consider, great one drop and combo's with auchenai aswell), even your blademasters.. I chose those over dark cultists...
Like mentioned earlier If you are running double shadow madness, drop one and drop the shrinkmeister imo... It sat my hand sooooooo often, it was mainly anti aggro force used too many times. The recombobulator works like a charm with shadow madness, ran it forna while but eventually cut it cause of the one shadow madness I was running...
Im also far from a good player,,, I just play a similar deck and thought the topic could use Some food for thought.

The card missing is mind control.





/edit im also not so much of a fan of BGH legendary targetss,, hence my ysera... Cut it for ragnaros, boom is used 50/50 with others.. Depends on what I wanna play basically lol..

why do you run one golden and one non-golden northshire? is it because you haven't played much games as priest yet?

This deck list is far too long to be consistent in this meta... You're just trying to do too much with it.
Valens/circles/lightbomb and double holy nova? on top of ysera possibility of removal and MC?

Can I ask what rank you play priest at? I can't imagine having much/if any success with this list..

Again I can't stress that a tighter deck list is going to reduce variance in draw//consistency in a deck//archetype that usually has heavy variance through its class mechanics alone.. (thoughtsteal, cabal, mindcontrol)
I don't see a purpose and or even much synergy with voljin, and the amount of late game threats is making this too slow.

Any good priest knows youre either running two toughtsteals, or none..

I mainly replied to keep the topic going and get Some more info for myself... I havent been playing for long, nor am I a good player... The only thing I did is research control priest decks so I just happen a few handy cards and what most pro are running...

As for the thoughtsteal if you play tournament I would say 2x thoughtsteal is mandatory, other playing imo not a must.

The golden cleric is idd cause im a newer player like I mentioned in my op.

Voljin I play cause I like the card and it allowed me to trade a big minion without using a huge combo... Depending on when its played I either force a bad trade for the opponent, kill it with heal or naaru if I got auchenai, kill it with pyro and Some low spell, holy Nova... There are idd other and more suited cards but like I said I play legendaries I feel like playing

The pyro and second Nova are prolly out, Ive been testing all tons of stuff, recombobulator, double madness, shrinkmeister, loatheb, Harrison, troggzor, ragnaros, etc... Still playing around and figuring out...

And you are right, this is somewhat random throw together to try and deal with everything but I like it and its my project. Nn 100% copy Some pro...

If you could change a few cards in my deck, what would you do?

Edit, personally I wanna remove the pyro and second Nova, other than that idk
