Strange. My Galaxy S4 runs it smoothly without a hickup. Even tho I hate my Galaxy S4 because it lags with other things, and bugs up with phonecalls and signal settings. HS lags on my iPad 3, which has older tech in it.

Try clearing your cache. Turn off the phone, then hold the power button, volume up, and home button at the same time... and then I think you release after a bit, and you will enter a mode that you can clear the cache.

After you turn off the phone, you turn it on while holding the three buttons I mentioned. I think you could google it for more clarification. I did that yesterday, although I didn't have lag problems with hearthstone.
