N'Zoth reminds me of Varian, but I like it a lot more. It doesn't drive you towards fatigue and over-extending isn't even that much of an issue because it will be a full board of death rattle.

there are not many good deathrattle yet tho
cairne and sylv as neutral
highmane and tirion as class
thats what come to my mind
