my point is,that players like strifecro can play any deck at any rank.....even if the deck is crap.

My point is that strifecro is an amazing deck builder and if he's using a deck in tournaments it's because he thinks it can win. You don't use shitty decks in tournaments.

Master of Ceremonies I don't think will be very good. It's a lot like Goblin Sapper... but to activate it reliably will require using a lot of sub-par cards.

Shado-Pan Cavalry looks promising. Hopefully a creature-based Rogue deck can finally become decent.
