Volcano on this minion does not = insta loss... Volcano is a 6 mana answer to something like bittertide, but that's 6 mana they need to spend to remove it... Well worth 3 life man. 6 mana removal is not exactly an efficient card you know.

Again the downside in the arena is so negligible its ivirtually non-existent.
Aldoring it is likely the worst case scenario.
Krip plays this game for a literal living, roughly 8 hours a day 7 days a week.
If you played this much and dedicated that time to arena you too would be a top ranking arena player, I have absolutely 0 doubt of this in my mind.... ANYONE without fucking autism should be able to achieve this.

Ohh I was definitely thinking meteor. Fair enough yeah this card equally as bad to see as aldor when playing bittertide. My mistake.

Avenging wrath/missles are also bad but there is not enough cards to warrant playing around these.. especially in arena.

My winrate is not even on the table/debate here... ? Though I have a strong feeling its better then 95% of this subforum.

The amount of games isn't relevant after a certain amount. The winrate is all that matters.
He's in top 3 at all times, most often top 1.

There are very few cards that truly punish Bittertide, Volcano, avenging wrath, mad bombers can be scary. But not enough cards to warrant not drafting a 5 mana 8/8.

Loads of cards punish it. Small taunts, the entire Paladin and Mage class/hero power (the two most popular Arena classes mind you), Aldor/Humility, freeze effects, plus literally any situation your opponent has a wide board, and almost any time you're low on health.

It's certainly a solid card but it's nowhere near one of the best Arena cards. I'd put it somewhere between average and good. It's situational in that sometimes you just can't play it, but when it's the right situation it can win games.

1/2 the classes and cards you mention are not even remotely hard counters to the card in question man....
Your opponent is going to lose if they are pinging for ping's sake on your bittertide, and same goes for paladin hero power.. If youre doing either of these solely to 'counter' this card.. you are so fucking horrible at this game you should uninstall now.

as for small taunts, or any general minion.. this thing trades favorably with virtually every card in the game. That's not a hard counter to this card in the slightest.

If youre disagreeing with arena tier ratings, youre disagreeing with the top players in that meta.
