It's like playing Nzoth, except without having to play any deathrattle minions. Imagine having this in your deck instead of Rag. (Standard Tournament whatever druid that runs rag)
There are 16 Neutral Murlocs.
6 Slots means that on an empty board for 10 mana at minimum you get 7/4 + 6 1/1s (13/10) in stats.
What happens when you get 1 warleader?The game is over unless they have twisting nether/brawl/mass poly/flamestrike
7/4 3/3 5 1/1s turn into 9/5 3/3 5 3/2s- that is 27 damage next turn.
What if you get a bluegill and 1 warleader? That's an instant 4 damage and a KO next turn.
Is it bad design because it's too OP? Because my strong opinion is that you're saying it's incredibly underpowered.
