hey did anyone do maths for how many wins is worth 1k gold? im trying to save for next expac too

To break even I think is about 6 wins.

7 and on is +++

Fuck this brawl.

They released it just to siphon gold out of players before the new expansion.

Prizes are fine if you're willing to spend 6, 7, 8k gold... but 1k, 2k, 3k, or even 4k is a bit of a gamble even for a great player.

The competitive curve is going to be even harder than arena, since fewer players will enter, and those who do enter will play carefully.

Feels good to know that even if I lose now, I make a "profit" from it.

But after this run, there's no way I'm doing this again for this time around. Gotta save gold for expan

Overall, I gained value from it but I don't know if I would ever do it more than once.

I probably got lucky on my first try so I'm not going to test lady luck again

if you dont get 10 wins atleast its not worth it,even if it looks like it is.just think about it ,and yeah,giving us wotg packs its double rip off,would be ok if it was classic packs since it will stay in standard.

Really I think about 6 wins makes it an okay deal.. 6-7 packs and 2-300 gold + 5-6 packs worth of dust.

I think at 6 wins I'd be happy.

That's assuming you don't already have 90%+ of the cards in the game. Packs are worth very little once you already have a collection.

For someone who just wants to gold everything out, this brawl is good. For everyone else, it's pointless. If you already have the cards, you can compete, but you don't benefit much. If you don't already have the cards, you likely can't compete, although you would benefit if you could.

I'd still be happy with the rewards for 6+ wins.. its a lot of dust. -- not a terrible gold investment if you can guarantee 6

Or maybe im just trying to convince myself to spend the gold...
