Man no love for jaraxxus?

Good against aggro because of the possible life gain, amzaing against control because hero power, mediocre against tempo because of the weapon and life gain.

I wouldn't rate it top tier
2nd tier

Being at max 15 life makes you vulnerable to burst for the rest of the game
That and playing it is your entire turn
Too many downsides to ever be top tier

every legendary is good under certain circumstances.theres nothing like "the best class legendary or the best neutral legendary"

Malganis is your whole turn also?

15 life isn't really a big deal since in most cases you will be playing it when you have less than 15 hp anyways.
Malganis is easily bgh'd, shadow worded, all sorts of removal easily handles your 9 mana card. Jaraxxus on the other hand has none of these issues, aside from sac pact, but we both know that hardly counts. lol.

Malganis makes you immune and can stop your opponent's lethal. Buffs your demons.
Jaraxxus doesn't stop shit. You have to play it on a free turn.



The best legendary is the one that is useful in the most scenarios possible and applies the highest efficiency for the mana cost in those scenarios
