The favorable target isn't a 50/50 but doing 1 damage to something with 1 HP left is definitely good

Unstable portal gives you something and it's a good card for the matchup or a good tempo swing in general. Good RNG

Lol, my point is that the probability of "good rng" is not always equal to bad rng so the results you get from tracking this would be completely arbitrary and useless.
