10k fg gets you around 100 bucks worth of services done. When the RMAH existed in D3, that was the going rate, 10k fg got you IGG that could be traded for items and the items resold for $100.

300 dollars of services translates to about 30 hours of work at $10/hour.

If you invest absolutely nothing into the account (no cards purchased, no expansions purchased), then you're looking at something around 10x the length of time ($3000 worth of service at $10 per hour).

Now, this is d2jsp... some people will do five hours of grinding for 200fg... so you can find some slave labor. But I can guarantee you that you won't find someone willing to take on the job you're asking for.
