Give him a chance to redeem himself. He hasn't been too trolling as of late, and if you start letting him play, maybe he'll stop trolling the threads. Worst thing to happen is he plays in one, continues to troll and then you ban him.

However it's your tourney so by all means do as you please . Just figured I'd put my $.02 in.
